Old and tired hotel serving scones for breakfast to retired American tourists. Massive rip off and one to avoid!

We had the most wonderful time at this hotel!!! From the gentlemen who greeted us at the door, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, every interaction with staff was top notch. So many little touches made our stay special, We were greeted at check in with whiskey, the snacks in the room were a wonderful surprise, and our room even had its own Christmas tree! We utilized the concierge to make a dinner reservation for us and book a taxi into town, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean. Plenty of on-site parking with valet service offered. We utilized the outdoor hot tub which was great after a long day of walking. We ate dinner at the bistro and the food was amazing. This hotel was a highlight of our trip, we are so glad we stayed here!

Un établissement avec beaucoup de charme. Un service manquant un peu de professionnalisme gâchant la magie des lieux et le standing revendiqué. On se sent un peu seuls en arrivant sur le parking avec nos bagages, on attend à la réception. Plus tard, on cherche désespérément un personnel pour prendre notre commande au bar, on nous induit en erreur sur l'ouverture du bar dans la cour pour prendre un drink avant diner... Rien à redire pour la chambre (superficie, équipement, qualité de la literie, salle de bain). Impeccable. Petit-déjeuner au service un peu lent sous forme de buffet et à la carte en préparation minute de qualité. Restera néanmoins un beau souvenir d'une étape à Cork. A recommander.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. If we ever return to Cork, we would stay here again. The breakfast spread was the best we had while staying in Ireland. We also liked the location: a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of Cork City Center. The beds were super comfortable. The only thing I didnt love was our bathroom which seemed outdated and could use a refresh.

Booked The Vine Wine Cellar for my husband's graduation dinner and could honestly not say enough good things about this place! The organization process was super easy (handy as we are based in Dublin). Jolisha and Erin made sure everything was well organized and even accommodated a menu change a few days before the event! The food was absolutely delicious, the chef was even kind enough to accommodate a halal menu for us which we really appreciated. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the staff on the day were lovely and friendly. 10/10 would definitely recommend and my family intend on visiting again!

Felt very at home from the minute we arrived a special thanks to Zak who gave us a very warm friendly welcome. Had dinner in Perrots it was very good but the breakfast the next morning was a highlight excellent Quality and very well cooked and presented the Eggs Royal was fab . Service overall was top class Lovely relaxing stay. Would love to return and stay longer.
